  • “Services” refers to any HR management, labour law assistance, recruitment, or consulting services provided by Alpha HR Management.

2. Scope of Services

Alpha HR Management provides HR management, labour law support, recruitment, and other related consulting services as detailed on our website and through individual agreements. All services will be delivered according to the terms outlined in the signed service agreement between Alpha HR Management and the Client.

3. Service Agreements

A formal service agreement, including a detailed description of services, will be provided for every client. This agreement must be signed and accepted before any services are rendered. The specific terms of each service agreement may vary depending on the scope of work, timeline, and fees involved.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement.

  • Invoices are issued monthly or as per the agreed-upon schedule.

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

  • Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effective provision of services, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding their organization and HR needs.

  • Promptly communicate any changes that may affect the delivery of services.

  • Cooperate with Alpha HR Management in a timely manner.

6. Confidentiality

Alpha HR Management takes confidentiality seriously. We agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of all client information, including HR data, payroll details, and any other sensitive business information.

  • Not disclose any information to third parties without the prior consent of the Client, except where required by law.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with all applicable data protection regulations. Any personal or sensitive data provided by the Client will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which ensures the security and confidentiality of client data.

8. Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality and accurate services, Alpha HR Management is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Decisions made by the Client based on the information provided during consultations, recruitment, or HR management services.

  • Any loss of business or revenue arising from labour disputes or legal proceedings beyond our direct control.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Alpha HR Management harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms of Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

  • By providing 30 days’ written notice for any reason.

  • If either party fails to meet their obligations under the agreement.

  • In the case of non-payment or breach of the terms outlined in this document. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.

12. Modifications to Terms

Alpha HR Management reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
